(Swastik International). However, If you are not satisfied, you may return the
product(s) within 3 Days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange,

Our return policy covers only wrong and defective products. If you receive
an incorrect item or a defective product, you may be eligible for a return or
exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must meet the following
criteria:
a. The product received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

within 3 Days from the date of product delivery.
c. You must provide a valid unboxing video clearly showing the incorrect
item or the product's defect as evidence.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria
or do not include the required unboxing video.
Unboxing Video
Requirements
The unboxing video must adhere to the following guidelines:
a. The video must be of high quality, with clear visuals.
b. The unboxing video should showcase the entire unboxing process,
including the packaging, shipping label, product, and any defects or
discrepancies observed.
c. Ensure that the product and its packaging are well-lit, making it
easier to identify any issues.
d. The unboxing video should be uncut and continuous, without any edits
that could raise concerns about the authenticity of the content.
Return Process
If you believe you have received the wrong item or a defective product,
follow these steps to initiate the return process:
a. Contact our customer support team at shillynjewels@gmail.com within 3
Days from the date of delivery and provide the order details.
b. Our support team will review your case and request you to provide the
unboxing video as evidence.
c. Once your unboxing video is reviewed and approved, our team will guide
you through the return process.
d. Ship the product back to us in its original packaging.
Refund or Exchange
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will determine if it
qualifies for a refund or exchange.
For eligible returns:
a. Refund: If you are eligible for a refund, we will process the refund
using the original payment method used during the purchase. We will initiate the refund amount to you
within 5 working days00.
b. Exchange: If you are eligible for an exchange, we will ship the correct
product to you at no additional cost.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the
customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, unless, the return
is due to our error.
Cancellation Policy
In case there is an order cancellation, please do it before the product(s)
is shipped. Once the product is shipped it can not be cancelled using our
website.
We will credit the full amount in case of pre-paid order in the original
mode of payment within 5 working days.
Exclusions
This return policy applies only to wrong and defective products and does
not cover:
a. Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
b. Customized products.
c. Products damaged due to mishandling or misuse by the customer.
